This is a terrific traditional Mexican food. My family had been coming here for years. Excellent, friendly wait staff and great chili rellinios and fajitas. Would give more stars if I could.

We were craving Mexican food. Honestly was not certain about this place since it's hidden back in a shopping center and even from the store front you can't tell if it'll be good or not, but don't let the cover of the book fool you. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and someone getting your drink order and getting you warm chips salsa and queso. The waiters joke with you and are happy to accommodate special requests even for the pickiest of eaters. Unfortunately I was unable to get phots because the food was inhaled as soon as it was delivered. Be sure you don't leave without getting your desert.

When I'm in the mood for chips and salsa, this is one of the top places that I turn to. Not only do they bring the chips, salsa and queso pretty much right after you're seated, your food comes out really fast soon after.
We placed our orders, then went to town on the chips and salsa. The server kept the refills coming, as we were starving. We didn't go 30 seconds with empty chips or salsa. It was awesome. But of course, we had to breathe, and soon our food arrived.
I decided to try something different than my usual chicken enchiladas (which are delicious btw) and ordered a spicy shrimp dish with rice and beans on the side. Not spicy at all, thank goodness, and the sauce paired well with the rice and avocados on the side. It was delightful. My brother ordered the whale on a platter and whoa were we laughing when it came out. It literally hung off the plate it was that big of a fish! And the flavor.. soooo good. Like, extra crunchy chicken wings from wing stop almost.
Just when we thought we were done, the server offered sopapillas and of course, we said yes. Always have just enough space for dessert!
Overall, it was a great visit, and yes, we will be back! Great food, friendly service, complimentary chips, salsa, queso and sopapillas?! What's not to love!! -

I'm so disappointed, I was super excited to try this place when my mother in law had told me about it. We went this afternoon and this was no where near authentic traditional Mexican food. I'm
from LA where there's never any bad Mexican restaurants. Maybe my expectations are a little too high but this is just my honest opinion. The service was great though, they were super attentive but sadly the food wasn't great at all. -

Love, love, love this place. The Mexican tacos are sooooo good. Must try the chino beans! They are the bomb. Always consistent and everyone is friendly. Welcome you like family.
